Pet-Friendly Apartments

We know you pets are an important part of the family which is why we are pleased to accept both pets and service animals at our community. Please choose from our pet-friendly floor plans and find your perfect apartment home. Don't forget to take advantage of our many amenities including our community dog park, fenced-in backyards, and built-in doggie doors in each townhome.

Community Pet Policy

We believe in doing all that we can to create a safe community for our residents and their pets and so we restrict certain dog breeds. Below is a list of dog breeds, restricted from the Community.

  • Akita
  • Presa Canario
  • Chow-Chow
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd
  • Great Dane
  • Rottweiler
  • Husky: American Husky, Eskimo Husky, Greenland Husky
  • Malamute, Alaskan Malmute
  • Mastiff; Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff
  • Bernese Mountain; Bernese Cattle
  • Pit Bull; American Pit Bull Terrier; Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog
  • Saint Bernard
  • Wolf Hybrids
  • Rhodesian Ridgeback
  • Karelian Bear Dog; Russo European Laika / any Laika breed

This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time and at the Community's discretion. Renters may not own or otherwise bring, or allow others to bring, the following breeds onto Community Community.

All discretion regarding permissible pet(s) is held solely by the Community. Only dogs and cats are permitted as pets.

All pets must be under fifty pounds (50 lbs.). Two (2) pets maximum allowed per unit. Any necessary reasonable accommodations relating to pet ownership must be communicated at the time the renter is going through the pet screening process. Pet rent, deposits, and other rules such as breed, and weight restrictions do not apply to approved service/support animals. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabled persons with assistance animals, consistent with the Fair Housing Act.

Management reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, deny any pet(s) deemed dangerous or potentially dangerous for any reason. Management further reserves the right to request information and documentation: (i) verifying pet breed, (ii) verifying proof of pet vaccinations, and (iii) relating to all history with respect to a pet's interactions with people.

Pet Screening

PetScreening makes it easy for pet/animal owners to share their animal records with their housing provider, pet groomers, doggy daycares, dog walkers, pet sitters, vets, pet-friendly hotels, and more! Applicants must complete a pet screening for each pet or service/companion animal before move-in.

  • Cost for a household pet profile: $25 when payable by credit card or $20 when payable by ACH.
  • $0 for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request.
  • $0 for a no pet/no animal profile.
